Gakona, Alaska - Gakona Lodge and Trading Post

Voices, footsteps and the smell of tobacco smoke has been reported here, usually at night and throughout the lodge, including the rooms.  The never-identified phantom has locked and slammed doors, even reportedly jumped up and down on the bed. Gakona is on the Tok Cutoff, 200 miles northeast of Anchorage on Highway 1
 

Anchorage - Marriott Courtyard

Room 201 is haunted by a man who died in the room, and wasn't discovered for several days. A phantom cat haunts especially rooms 103 and 107. A spirit nicknamed Ken wanders near the outdoor gazebo. 1025 E 35th Ave
 

Juneau - Alaskan Hotel

This old hotel was a bordello during the Alaskan gold rush. Room 219 has cold spots and leaves visitors with feelings of unease. A prostitute named Alice who was killed in the building has been seen and felt in rooms 218 and 308, as well as on the stairway. The south side of the hotel reportedly has the most activity. One patron went into a Victorian antique styled bathroom. Later, she walked into the same bathroom - and all the fixtures were modern. 167 S. Franklin Street

Skagway -  olden North Hotel
 
Since 1899, people have told stories of the lonely spirit of Mary, who eternally awaits the return of her lost fiancée in room 23.  Room 14 has reports of a spook light.  907-983-2451

Skagway - White House Bed & Breakfast

Once a hospital as well as a daycare center, this b&b is said to be haunted by the woman who ran the daycare center, and perpetually looks for her toddlers.

Central - Circle Hot Springs Resort
Room 312 is haunted by former owner Emma Leach, who died there. Also objects inexplicably have been thrown about in other areas of the resort, as well as phantom footsteps. Also mentioned is a card playing ghost named Ethel, and that cabin 10 is haunted. 
The resort is located off a spur road of the Steese Highway, eight miles from the town of Central. It is open all year.  (907) 520-5113

Anchorage - Historic Anchorage Hotel
The second floor is haunted by a girl who has been spotted. The TV turns itself on and off in 215 and 217. the noise of people who are unseen is reported on the staircase.

Anchorage - The Diamond Center Mall

Bathrooms are haunted by natives whose burial grounds were disturbed by the construction of the mega mall. 800 E Diamond Blvd

 

Anchorage - 4th Avenue Movie Theater

A woman's apparition can be seen in the lobby mirrors.

 

 

Skagway, Alaska - Red Onion Saloon

The Red Onion is haunted by a dead gardener (?) who apparently walks around with a phantom watering can and waters plants that have long shared her fate.  Her perfume is evident in the air.

Tonsina - The Mangy Moose Saloon

A skinny man with a black mustache haunts the bar and room 18; it's thought he was the owner when it was a bordello. Unknown if this place is still open.
 

Skagway - The Eagles Club hall

Cold spots and apparitions have chased the club members out of the 2nd floor of the lodge. 6th Ave SE at Broadway St.

Mile 8-12 Chena Hot Springs Road

spook lights have been seen here.

Anchorage - Corner of Arctic and C Street

A lady in white is spotted here in the wee hours of the morning.
