3 lbs cubed stew meat
1 packet Lipton's beef mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c sliced fresh mushrooms (or 2 cans drained mushroom slices)
1 can beer
Cook in crock pot for minimum of 7 hours.
