You know you're a Catholic during Lent if you're making this one...
1/4 c butter or oleo - melted
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 8 oz package frozen fish sticks
5 split toasted coney (large hot dog or hoagie) buns
sandwich spread
Heat oven to 450.
Mix lemon and butter. Coat fish sticks thoroughly with butter mixture. Bake for
12 minutes. Spread buns with sandwich spread; place 2 fish sticks in each bun.
Serve with sliced onion, cucumber and catsup.
