
Full O' Boloney

2 c cubed, raw potatoes
1 1/2 c cut up ring bologna
2 Tbsp minced green pepper
6 Tbsp all purpose ('Gold Medal') flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp butter
2 c milk (probably whole milk, preferably)
Preheat oven to 350.
Layer flour, bologna, vegetables and seasonings in casserole dish, dotting with
small chunks of butter throughout evenly. Pour milk over and bake for 1 hour and
15 min.
