6 pork chops
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c Old Milwaukee, Miller Lite or your favorite beer
4 Tbsp sugar
In a hot skillet with oil (if needed), sear the pork chops until both sides are
browned. combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer
over low until tender, at least 1 hour.
