1 large can Franco-American canned spaghetti (or Chef Boyardee)
1 can drained Veg-All (mixed vegetables)
1 lb browned and drained ground beef
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
