
CRISP POTATO CHIP COOKIES
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
3 oz. (1/2 c.) chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed potato chips
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Beat butter, sugar and egg until well blended. Stir in remainder of ingredients.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake
in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool for 1/2 minute on cookie
sheet. Then remove to wire rack and cool completely. Store in airtight
container.
