Home-For-Lunch Quickie

1 can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
8 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter

Empty soup into bowl; stir well. Add eggs and pepper; beat just enough to blend. In saucepan, melt butter; pour in egg mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally with fork until set but still moist. Serve with crisp bacon slices, if desired
