
RAMEN NOODLE SALAD
delicious and crunchy
1 head Napa Chinese cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, chopped (tops included)
1/2 c. butter
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, broken
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. almonds
DRESSING:
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil or olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
Shred cabbage and combine with onions. Set aside. Brown noodles, sesame seeds
and almonds in butter and drain on paper towel. Mix dressing and chill. Assemble
approximately 20 minutes before serving.
