Sally Feinstein's Rum Tum Ditty

Again, no idea what the hell the name means...
(1) 10.75oz can condensed tomato soup
1/4 c water
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
In a saucepan combine first 3 ingredients, cooking over low until cheese melts. Serve over toast with hard boiled eggs and sardines.
